Do you deliver?

YES! We deliver all over the UK with our overnight courier service. Place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday to guarantee next day delivery!

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Yes we offer delivery on Saturdays if your order is placed by 12pm Friday. There is an extra £4.95 to pay towards the delivery costs for a Saturday delivery.

How does your meat stay cold on delivery?

After testing several different options for our delivery service, we are chuffed with how cold our meat stays en route to you! Our fantastic team of butchers will cut your order by hand and vacuum packed, to ensure our high standards are kept. It will then be packaged into a double-walled and insulated box with several ice packs and taped down. The cardboard box is branded, so you know it’s us when it arrives! Our produce can stay cold and at the correct temperature for up to 72 hours this way, which we believe is amazing! Your order will always be put on a next day slot so the likelihood is that the meat is only in the box for around 24 hours, but still, we think it’s pretty cool (literally).

Where is your meat sourced?

We source our meat from reputable wholesalers across the country who supply both British meat and European produce. We work closely with these suppliers to ensure we can guarantee the highest quality of meat, at realistic prices. We have full traceability on all our produce, so you can see exactly where it has come from!

Are your pack sizes or weights approximate?

Our in-house butchers cut everything by hand, apart from anything bought in by suppliers like the Blanford and Jones bacon packs or the Bristol Bangers sausages. This being said, they will do their upmost to ensure you are getting the highest quality of cuts and the exact amount you pay for. We will always give you more rather than give you less!

Is all your meat fresh?

Absolutely! Every product on our website is as fresh as a daisy, so you can pop any left-overs straight into the freezer.

A product is currently out of stock, how can I get my hands on it?

We have fresh deliveries 4 times a week to our main depot in Bristol so, if something is out of stock, it is more than likely going to be back again soon. If you have your eye on a product, please email us on info@marksmobilebutchersdelivery.co.uk so we can try to source it for you.

I am not happy with my order, how can you help me?

Please telephone us on 0117 3214938 or drop us an email to info@marksmobilebutchersdelivery.co.uk with images of the products if you can. This way, we can investigate further and let our suppliers know too.
