Our Free Range Shoulder of Lamb is a traditional roasting joint that's prized for its rich flavour and incredible tenderness. Prepared as a square-cut shoulder (bone in with the shank removed), it offers excellent presentation while retaining all the natural flavour that comes from cooking lamb on the bone.

With its beautiful marbling and connective tissue, shoulder of lamb is perfect for low-and-slow cooking, allowing the meat to become wonderfully tender and easy to pull apart. Whether you choose to roast it gently in the oven or smoke it on the BBQ, you'll be rewarded with succulent, flavour-packed lamb every time. It's the ideal centrepiece for Sunday roasts, family celebrations, summer BBQs, or a comforting weekend feast.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales (excluding certain remote areas).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

• Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
• The Scottish Highlands and Islands
• The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and other remote island

We’re also unable to deliver to the following postcodes, as DPD only offers a 2-day service or longer to these areas:

Delivery Days

We deliver weekly from Wednesday to Sunday, excluding UK bank holidays. When completing your order, you can select a delivery date up to one month in advance.

Next-Day Delivery

Need it fast? Order by 10am the day before to qualify for next-day delivery.

Note: Next-day delivery is not available on Sundays or Mondays.
