Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales (excluding certain remote areas).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

• Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
• The Scottish Highlands and Islands
• The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and other remote islands

We’re also unable to deliver to the following postcodes, as DPD only offers a 2-day service or longer to these areas:

AB31–38, AB41–54, FK17–21, GY, HS1–9, IM, IV, JE, KA27–28, KW0–17, PA20–80, PH15–26, PH30–50, TR21–25, ZE

Delivery Days

We deliver weekly from Wednesday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays. When completing your order, you can select a delivery date up to one month in advance.

Next-Day Delivery

Need it fast? Order by 10am the day before to qualify for next-day delivery.

Note: Next-day delivery is not available on Sundays or Mondays.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery (Wednesday to Friday):

• FREE on orders over £89
• £4.99 for orders between £49 – £89

Saturday Delivery:

• £4.99 on orders over £89
• £9.99 for orders between £49 – £89

Packaging & Freshness

All meat is freshly prepared on the day of dispatch, then packed using thermal insulation and cool packs to keep it chilled in transit. DPD handles deliveries.

In the unlikely event of a delay, your parcel will be delivered the following day. The packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours.

Order Tracking

DPD’s Predict service provides a 1-hour delivery window, notified via SMS and/or email. You can also track your driver live on a map.

If your plans change, DPD offers flexible ‘in-flight’ options, including:

• Leave with a neighbour
• Deliver to a safe place
• Collect from a local pickup shop

Safe Place Delivery

You don’t need to be home to receive your order. Please let us know where to leave it safely—such as a porch, garage, or shed—by adding a note in the comments box at checkout.

If something changes after your order is dispatched, you can also use your DPD tracking link to arrange a new delivery option directly.

At Marks Mobile Butchers Delivery, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, freshly prepared meat safely and reliably to your door. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the mainland UK only. We do not deliver to: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or the following postcodes:
AB31–38, AB41–54, FK17–21, GY, HS1–9, IM, IV, JE, KA27–28, KW0–17, PA20–80, PH15–26, PH30–50, TR21–25, ZE.

Delivery Days & Cut-Offs

Deliveries take place from Wednesday to Sunday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance. For next-day delivery, please place your order by 10:00 a.m. the previous day (excluding Sundays and Mondays).

Delivery Charges

• Standard (Wed–Fri): Free on orders over £89, £4.99 for orders £49–£89
• Weekend (Sat–Sun): £4.99 on orders over £89, £9.99 for orders £49–£89

Packaging & Delays

All meat is prepared on the day of dispatch and packed in insulated boxes with cool packs to maintain a temperature for up to 72 hours. Most orders arrive the next day. Refunds for delays are not issued unless delivery exceeds 72 hours after the dispatch date.

Safe Place & Liability

If you specify a safe place or the courier leaves your parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for damage, spoilage, or theft after delivery. Suspected theft requires a police report and valid Crime Reference Number to be considered for refund or replacement.

Ownership & Risk

Goods become your property once payment is received and delivery is completed.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate delivery details. It is your responsibility to inspect your order immediately on arrival. Issues (e.g., spoilage, damage, incorrect items) must be reported within 12 hours, accompanied by photo evidence. Late claims may not be accepted.

Returns, Refunds & Credit Terms

Returns

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds / Credits

Refunds or store credits may be issued for:

• Verified product issues
• Confirmed spoilage due to damaged packaging
• Delivery delays exceeding 72 hours from dispatch

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit. They may take up to 10 working days to appear.

Limitations

• You miss the 12-hour reporting window
• You don’t provide sufficient photo evidence
• Issues were caused by incorrect delivery info or customer error
• Items were damaged after successful delivery
• A claim appears dishonest or misleading

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 48 hours before delivery by emailing

with your name and order number. Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 10 working days.

Christmas Orders

Different cancellation and refund rules apply to Christmas orders and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
