Cancellation and refund terms may differ for Christmas orders and will be stated at the time of purchase. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
If no one is available to receive your order, DPD may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local pickup point. Once delivery is marked complete, the goods become your responsibility. We are not liable for spoilage, theft, or damage after delivery.
If your parcel is reported missing, a police report and valid Crime Reference Number will be required for any refund or replacement consideration.
